Location
Personal data are processed at the Data Controller’s operational headquarters and at any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located.
Data retention period
Data is processed and stored for the time required for the purposes for which it was collected.
As such:
- Personal data collected for purposes related to the fulfilment of a contract between the Data Controller and the user will be retained until the full conclusion of that contract.
- Personal data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Controller will be retained until this interest is fulfilled. When the processing is based on a user’s consent, the Data Controller may keep the Personal Data for a longer time until such consent is revoked.
Note that the Data Controller may be obliged to keep personal data for a longer period if required to do so by law or by order of an authority.
At the end of the retention period, the personal data will be deleted. As
a result, at the end of this period, the right of access, cancellation and rectification
may no longer be exercised.
